We were introduced to Bob Bible and International Equipment Company while trying to find someone to repair a time clock. The clock had been purchased from another vendor who would no longer service the equipment. Even though the technology was a bit older, Bob and his team jumped in and repaired the clock for us. This was a demonstration of customer service at it's best. Needless to say, when it came time to upgrade our Time and Attendance system we contacted Bob.

We purchased Attendance Enterprise by Infotronics. Bob and Dave Miller saw to it that the system was customized to meed our needs. they guided us through a pain free installation. After an on-site training session we were up and running.

The system itself is user friendly and provides a variety of features and reports. It allows us to manage the time and attendance of our staff in "real time". Administrative time has been greatly reduced with this system. What separates this product from others we shopped is the high degree of customer service and support that came with it.

Our initial impression of this company was correct! The staff at International Equipment Company has never ceased to provide anything but exceptional support for this excellent system.
