In examining different fire alarm systems we've found the biggest contributing factor to success is the service company behind the product. International Equipment Company (IEC) has provided service for our Pyrotronics Fire Alarm system for more than ten years. In that time frame IEC has consistently proven that their customer care is top priority. I have rarely seen a company so heartily committed to doing what is right for the customer. With a growing campus we need reliability from our vendors and it is because of IEC's customer care that our campus is a Pyrotronics user only. IEC's business philosophy is a good testimony to its owners and operators.
