IEC Scheduled to Open Knoxville Office
Firm Establishes Permanent Presence

Chattanooga, Tennessee (March 30, 2008) - International Equipment Company, the regions total solution provider for fire alarm and suppression, security, time management systems, and telecommunications announced the scheduled opening of its Knoxville office today.

“IEC has provided excellent products, design consulting, and customer support to the East Tennessee area for many years now. We have simply outgrown our ability to serve our customer partners from the Chattanooga office,” says Managing Partner Chris Mathews. “We have always been committed to East Tennessee, but this will further demonstrate that as we become a permanent member of the community. Our strategic plan for the past 18 months included completing the Nashville office and establishing a permanent presence in Knoxville.” The Knoxville office will be staffed by the same IEC professionals already providing services to the East Tennessee market. Mathews states, “our experienced team will continue to serve our customers with the excellence they expect and deserve.”
